This is film I took in 2004 of our first electric model, it has batteries on board and has 24ft lines. This model and footage (not this edited version) was used for ITV news in 2004!! We do have plans if anyone is interested, its a quick model to build, this one took us about 4 hours,

A Small clip of a Vintage Combat control line competition held at RAF Scampton Lincolnshire England in August 2005. Vintage Combat uses model designs from the 60's and 70's and low techdiesel engines. Great fun.

28 inch span control line model with brushless motor, Li-Po batteries, and RC control of throttle. Model is flown on 27 ft lines and performs like a somewhat underpowered 1/2A gas model. Video was filmed with a Flycam camera mounted to the plane. Maneuvers flown are figure 8's, loop, inverted flight.
