Started WW today, didn't work out earlier BUT am doing a workout as soon as I start this upload! (UPDATE: I did get a great workout in tonight....2 miles WATP Video) Feels good to sweat!

I spoke with the female vet after making this video and she feels like he is on the down side of a virus that attacked his intestinal tract and is doing better now....she mentioned the Corona virus....and didn't seem too concerned/worried so I feel much better now, she said it needs to run it's course! :-)
