A harder version of the traditional situp. lie flat and simply bend in half at the waist (your abs are doing the bending). keep your legs and arms as straight as possible. An exercise that when done properly is harder than a tradional situp and can be done faster. Best attempted once you are good at situps (150 + without stopping).
