I threw this video together relatively easily. I downloaded the test card from the internet and generated the 1000 Hz tone using Audacity. If you want to download it and use it in your own creation, you can.
Here is my first attempt at Channel 5 trade with a look at the PM5544 testcard which features the full-length version of the final track from Channel 4's Final Destination tape entitled Creme De Menthe, followed by an announcement and then Fun In The Sun from BBC2's Victorian Drawing Room and then two tracks from the BBC2 Choco Coca tape which leads into the programme. Enjoy!!!!

Here's a Philips PM5544 test card but I forgot how many hertz is heard. (To wmbrown6, can you help me please?) In Canada, this particular test card was used by the French CBC (Societe Radio-Canada) until sometime in the '90s or '00s.
