Check out Michael Hampton's blazing solo as he goes almost note for note with the original studio track. Also features P-Funk notables Eddie Hazel, Dennis Chambers, Skeet, and Garry.
Garry Shider, Michael Hampton, Fuzzy Haskins and the rest of band perform a great show starting version of Cosmic Slop. This is from the Mothership Tour, Houston 1976. The show is available on amazon.com
George and the boys give one of their best performances on the backside of "Flash Light," which also features opening acts Cameo and Bar-Kays on stage with them. Note Jerome "Bigfoot" Brailey, in one of his last live performances with the Mob, leaves his post on drums to Nate Jones while he helps shoot the Bop Gun.
Garry Shider and George Clinton give up the funk with a great performance of "Bop Gun." Glen's presence is obviously sorely missed however the rest of the band steps up to make for a good rendition.
Eddie Hazel just absolutely shreds and grooves this jam to pieces. I know this vid has been recycled a million times on here, but I just love it so much I had to post it myself
P-Funk gives Washington D.C. more for what they are funkin for with the backside of their revolutionary hit "Flash Light." Check out the size and enthusiasm of the crowd when the lights shine on them and the band riles them up, as only George and the gang could do.
